If you are awarded a gift card as part of any promotion, you will receive the gift cardwithin 4 weeksof your purchase, sent via email.Gift cards are only available to customers who complete their purchases without requesting a refund. If a refund is requested within the eligible time frame (detailed below), any entitlement to a gift card will be forfeited.
You may request a refundwithin the first 72 business hours after purchasefor any reason.After the initial 72 hours, refunds will only be provided if submitted under a guarantee that was specifically offered to you.
To qualify for a refund under a guarantee, you must demonstrate that you made a
reasonable effort
to follow the instructions provided in the course, including:
Attending every coaching call you were invited to.Actively participating in the coaching sessions.
Refunds will not be issued unless you can provide proof of reasonable effort as outlined above.
If you purchase one of our services through a payment plan and fail to make a payment, or fail to correct a missed payment within
14 days
of the payment date:
You will lose access to the course and services.You will be required to return all materials, including but not limited to:PDF documentsLeadsWorked leadsAny deals closed while you were a client
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in legal action. JC Vista LLC reserves the right to pursue legal recourse under the court system of
Texas, where applicable and enforceable.
Our guarantees are
based on performance. To qualify for a refund:
You must demonstrate reasonable effort to follow the course instructions.You must attend every coaching call you are invited to and actively participate.
Refunds will not be provided if you cannot demonstrate these efforts.
Before pursuing any legal action or arbitration, the parties agree to attempt resolving disputes throughgood faith mediation. The mediation will occur inTexas, with each party bearing its own costs.If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of theAmerican Arbitration Association, also inTexas.JC Vista LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief for breaches of intellectual property rights.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
All content on the website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JC Vista LLC (DBA Surplus Institute). You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute materials except for the intended use of the service.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in collection actions or legal proceedings to recover outstanding balances.
