If you are awarded a gift card as part of any promotion, you will receive the gift card within

Gift cards are only available to customers who complete their purchases without requesting a refund. If a refund is requested within the eligible time frame (detailed below), any entitlement to a gift card will be forfeited.
You may request a refund

If you purchase one of our services through a payment plan and fail to make a payment, or fail to correct a missed payment within

of the payment date, you will lose access to the course and services.
Additionally, you will be required to return all materials, including but not limited to:

Failure to return materials or comply with these conditions may result in legal action. JC Vista LLC reserves the right to pursue legal recourse under the court system of

, where applicable and enforceable, regardless of the state or jurisdiction of the client.
Our guarantees are
based on performance
. To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:
You must demonstrate that you made a reasonable effort to follow the course instructions.You are required to attend every coaching call you are invited to and must actively participate in the coaching process when present.
Refunds based on the guarantee will not be provided if you cannot demonstrate these efforts.
Before pursuing any legal action or arbitration, the parties agree to attempt resolving disputes through
good faith mediation
. The mediation process will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in

, and each party will bear its own costs.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the
American Arbitration Association

. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
This clause does not prevent JC Vista LLC from seeking injunctive relief for any breach or violation of intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.Posting or transmitting any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.Using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.Attempting unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
All content on the website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JC Vista LLC or its content suppliers. You agree not to copy, modify, publicly display, or distribute any materials from our site except for the intended use of the service.
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our courses and services, we cannot guarantee 100% availability due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
Your access to the course and any associated materials is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials or materials with others is strictly prohibited.
In addition to losing access to our services, failure to meet payment obligations may result in
